How Workwiz works

Three steps from curious to fluent.

No theory dumps. No 4-hour video courses. Workwiz is built around the smallest unit of learning that's still useful: a skill you can do this afternoon.

1

Pick what to get good at

Tell us your role and the work that drains your week. We map a track of 8–12 skills and automations to your job, not a generic syllabus.

2

Try it on real work, today

Each lesson is short, hands-on, and ends with you having actually done the thing — emails sent, brief drafted, automation running.

3

See your fluency climb

Novice → Basic → Intermediate → Advanced → Expert. A clear ladder, with concrete proof at each rung. Show your manager, show yourself.

The fluency ladder

Five levels. Concrete at each one.

Most “AI training” gives you a certificate. Workwiz gives you a clear sense of where you stand, and the next thing to try.

LEVEL 01

Novice

You've used ChatGPT a few times. You know it can do things.

LEVEL 03

Intermediate

LEVEL 04

“I stopped procrastinating on AI.”

Three weeks in, I have an inbox triage agent and I'm shipping client decks twice as fast. The lessons are short and they actually stick.

I'd watched maybe 40 hours of AI YouTube and still couldn't write a useful prompt. Workwiz had me writing automations by week two.

Frequently asked

A few things people ask.

Is this another video course?+
No. Workwiz lessons are short, hands-on prompts and automations you actually run. Most are under 15 minutes and end with something shipped.
Do I need to know AI already?+
Nope. We start by figuring out where you are on the fluency ladder, then meet you there. Novice and Basic are well-trodden territory.
Which AI tools do I need?+
You can do most lessons with one tool you already have (ChatGPT or Claude). Automations sometimes need a paid tier of Zapier or similar — we always tell you upfront.
How is Workwiz different from a prompt library?+
A prompt library is a fridge. Workwiz is a kitchen — prompts, lessons, automations, and a sense of where to go next, all stitched together.
What's the difference between Beginner and Builder?+
Beginner ($18/mo) is for using AI in your daily work — prompts, Skills, foundations courses. Builder ($49/mo) adds the Automations tab, Builder courses (Claude Code, hosting, security), and the ability to author your own Skills.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, one click. We don't do the dark-pattern thing.
