These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Workwiz platform and website at workwiz.ai (the "Service"), operated by Workwiz B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands ("Workwiz", "we", "us", or "our").

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Workwiz B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of Content you upload to the Service. By uploading Content, you grant Workwiz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process that Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any Content you upload. Workwiz does not claim ownership of your Content and will not use it for purposes beyond operating the Service.
Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@workwiz.ai for refund requests.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Workwiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Workwiz in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Workwiz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
AI-generated outputs, recommendations, and insights provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and validating any outputs before acting on them.
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Workwiz may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
We aim to resolve disputes informally first. If you have a concern, please contact us at legal@workwiz.ai. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
